Pricing Errors: If a product is listed at incorrect price due to system error, we may cancel and refund the order. You’ll be offered to reorder at correct price.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel within 2 hours of order placement if not yet processed. Contact support@vaibhavpickles.com immediately.

Product Quality and Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be: - Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients - Manufactured in FSSAI-approved facilities - Free from adulterants and harmful chemicals - Properly sealed and packaged

Warranty Period: From purchase through expiry date on product when stored properly

Not Covered: - Taste preferences - Improper storage after delivery - Use beyond expiry date - Allergic reactions to listed ingredients

Limitation of Liability

Vaibhav Pickles provides products “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties including: - Merchantability - Fitness for particular purpose - Uninterrupted service - Error-free operation

We are NOT liable for: - Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages - Lost profits or business interruption - Loss of data - Personal injury claims - Issues beyond our reasonable control

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Intellectual Property

All content (descriptions, images, logos, code, recipes) is our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not: - Copy or reproduce content - Create derivative works - Use content commercially - Remove copyright notices - Reverse engineer software - Use our brand name without permission

Dispute Resolution

If Dispute Arises: 1. Informal: Contact disputes@vaibhavpickles.com; we respond within 7 days 2. Formal: Send written complaint to office; we respond within 14 days 3. Legal: Disputes filed in Hisar, Haryana courts only

Jurisdiction: Governed by laws of India (Rajasthan state)

12-Month Limit: All claims must be initiated within 12 months. Claims after 12 months are barred.

Account Termination

Vaibhav Pickles reserves the right to: - Suspend or terminate your account - Discontinue services - Refuse service to any customer - Take legal action if you breach these Terms

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms anytime. Changes posted on website with updated date. Material changes notified via email. Continued use indicates acceptance.
