Return Eligibility

Vaibhav Pickles accepts returns for: - Defective or damaged products arriving in poor condition - Wrong items sent instead of your order - Missing items from partial shipments - Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues

We do NOT accept returns for: - Opened or consumed products - Damage reported after 48 hours of delivery - Customer mishandling or improper storage - Products beyond the return window - Items damaged due to customer negligence

Return Process (48-Hour Window)

Step 1: Contact Us Within 48 Hours - Email: Vaibhav.hsr@gmail.com - Call: +91 97298 88814 - Include Order ID and photos/videos

Step 2: Submit Documentation - Unboxing video (mandatory for missing items) - Photos of damage or packaging issues - Order confirmation details

Step 3: Return Approval - Our team reviews your claim within 24-48 hours - We provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number - Prepaid return label sent via email

Step 4: Ship the Product - Use the prepaid label provided - Include RMA number with return - Free return shipping for valid claims

Refund Processing

Timeline: 4-5 working days after we receive and verify your return

Refund Amount: - 100% of product cost refunded - Shipping charges are non-refundable - Return shipping covered by Vaibhav Pickles

Refund Methods: - Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days - Net Banking: 3-5 business days - UPI: 1-3 business days - Cash on Delivery: 7-10 days via bank transfer

Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, request a free replacement for: - Defective products - Wrong items delivered - Damaged products

No additional shipping charges apply. Replacement shipped within 5-7 days.

Special Cases

Missing Items Claim: - Mandatory unboxing video showing empty package - Must claim within 24 hours of delivery - Compare contents with packing slip - Provide clear photographic evidence - Refund for missing item cost only

Damaged Packaging: - Refuse delivery if packaging is visibly damaged - Delivery person returns package to us - Contact us immediately with refused delivery details - Free replacement or refund processed

Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch (Within 2 Hours): - Cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it - Full refund to original payment method - Must contact support immediately - Cancellation confirmed via email

After Dispatch: - Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping - Follow the return process instead

Product Warranty

All products are guaranteed to be: - Made with fresh, high-quality ingredients - Manufactured in hygienic, FSSAI-approved facilities - Free from harmful chemicals and adulterants - Properly sealed and packaged

Warranty Period: From purchase date through the expiry date on the product

Storage Requirement: Keep products in cool, dry conditions as instructed

Warranty Does NOT Cover: - Taste preferences or subjective variations - Improper storage after delivery - Use beyond expiry date - Allergic reactions to listed ingredients

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: - Clearance sale items (marked “Final Sale”) - Customized or made-to-order products - Heavily discounted items (70%+ off) - Products beyond the 48-hour return window - Items with opened or tampered seals
